Note that handmade resin items can have very slight imperfections that don’t impact the overall look or use of the piece. Customer service is of the utmost importance to us.

Refunds or exchanges may be made within 30 days of delivery at the discretion of the owner/designer on a case by case basis with the exception of custom orders.
